It is because you don't have a complete update. Please download and install the patches manually. If this does not help, we advise you to uninstall the game and download the client again. | Your PK will only decrease while you are online. Black named characters are put into prison when killed. And every half hour an officer will appear in prison, he will set you free, otherwise, you can only get out when your name turns red. | |
| 9. Combining summoned Eudemons with my character? | |
| Only warrior Eudemons can do this, and they require a high loyalty. | |
| 10. Why Don't some skills work when my XP is full? | |
| Please check whether the skill is an XP skill, not all skills can be used when your XP is full. | |
| 11. I can't get the skills Flyingchop, ChainChop,and SoulSeeker. | |
| They are not available in all shops. You can get them after finishing some quests. | |
| 12. How do I evolve or compose my Eudemon? | |
| Go to the market to find the respective NPCs, open the Eudemon window and click on the Eudemon's name, then your mouse will become an egg, move the egg into the evolve window or the compose column. | |
| 13. Why is the HP reduced after I die? | |
| Your HP will recover when you have been continuously online. Besides, you can recover at the healing crystal in your Legion.(Not available presently) | |
| 14. How often are the servers maintained? | |
| To ensure optimal server performance, all servers are maintained on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 00:01~00:30 AM PST (GMT-8). | |
| 15. Why is there a server window in the top left hand corner but I cannot select it nor do anything about it? | |

Reset the language and location settings: From starting menu->settings->control panel->regional options->general->set your location to be 'English (United States)->set your language for the system to be Western Europe and United States (Default)->click ok. If it doesn't work, it may be because there is no required language selected, you may have to install an Eastern language in your computer, you can refer to here  | |
